1. RESORT AMBASSADOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Actively promote & market the resort’s service & property, responsible for meeting personal sales targets for the property development & contribute to the achievement of overall company sales targets.
- Handle all guests’ interactions with the highest level of hospitality & professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- To complete all stages of the sales cycle for property sales, if necessary.
- Jointly develop & implement quality resort service harmoniously & professionally with co-workers & management.
- An exciting remuneration package consisting good basic salary & high commission (could exceed RM10,000 per month) awaits the right candidates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): pleasant personality & customer-focused, matured, responsible, result-oriented, friendly, have a proven track record in sales is an added advantage.
- Required language(s): English (Mandarin as second language is an added advantage).
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

2. SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive, plan, & develop new business opportunities.
- Responsible for product planning, innovation, market analysis, positioning, development targets, & profitability of the department.
- Plan, organize, lead, & control the department & all aspects of sales & marketing support of the company.
- Responsible for managing a team of sales & marketing executives & ensuring overall operations & sales performance of each sales executive meets sales targets & objectives.
- Conduct relevant research & trend analysis to ensure the company’s competitiveness, best pricing strategies, appropriate marketing & sales strategies & formulation of new marketing plans to meet the company’s expectation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in a related field
- Required skill(s): strong sales, human relations, leadership, interpersonal, time management, organizational, analytical, & communication skills
- Customer oriented in identifying & meeting customers’ needs & wants
- Team player with energetic, outgoing personality & people skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Possess own transport
- Required language(s): English (Mandarin as second language is an added advantage)
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in a similar field (ideally in property field & servicing high net clientèle)
- Willingness to work on shift & odd hour, able to cope with pressure and had a passion in customer service
